- We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, different computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitorโs display of any colour will be accurate.
- Please note , all our pieces are made-to-order as per our zero-waste policy. No returns would be accepted as we assume, the client has made an informed decision before purchasing.
- However, a piece can be exchanged within 7 days incase of any size issues. Returns are only accepted incase of any defect or fault in the piece.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after 7 days grace period or the item is not in the same condition as it was sold.
- Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges for items that were purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
- All tags must be fully attached to return or exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
- End of season sale items or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
- Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges.
- Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
- The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Amaayaa is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. Amaayaa does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
- We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at our sole discretion.
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers.
- Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
- There will be no refund or exchange of garments that are custom made.
- Photographs of garments which were delivered with a defect must be emailed to us within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel, to consider it for replacement.
